React Native Web for TV

Hi RNW maintainers,
I’m currently working on TV-focused fork for web TV platforms and plan to publish it as a separate package.
This is obviously not intended to replace official RNW but to add to it what RN TVOS adds to RN.
I will keep attribution/licensing clear and try to upstream any generally useful fixes where possible.
