[Bug]: Fedora distro not up-to-date

What happened?

when using # dnf install croc, the installed version is v9.6.4-1fce28e instead of v10.xxxxx

What did you expect to happen?

The major version number of installed should be the same (current 10)

Additional context

This causes the problem: old version of croc cannot send or receive from newer version

This can be solved by installing directly by running

curl https://getcroc.schollz.com | bash

Otherwise the project itself cannot do anything. I would either suggest using the more up-to-date COPR repository or volunteering to maintain the package by yourself for which you need to get the approval of the Fedora project by joining the mail list.
